Thank you to Patrice, the catering staff, and bartenders who served at Marcus' and Anna's wedding this past Saturday night. Patrice was wonderful! As the mother of the bride, it was great to have her to rely on to take care of the food, etc. I was able to relax and have a good time, knowing that the details were being handled by a professional.

 

The food was absolutely delicious - lots of compliments from our guests, especially on the pecan crusted chicken breasts in lemon ginger sauce. also the shrimp were large and plentiful, the buffet tables looked beautiful, and the waitstaff were friendly yet discreet.

 

Above & Beyond Catering was a huge factor in making our daughter's wedding reception a wonderful, memorable event.

I just want to thank you for a great event that you catered and managed for my son and daughter in laws wedding reception (Adam and Leslie). I was very pleased with the quality of food, presentation, service and cooperation we received from you and especially from Melissa Guastello.  We provided the bar beverages and were not prepared for how much ice we needed.  Melissa made sure we had plenty and saved us! She also coordinated a great staff who worked cheerfully and tirelessly throughout the evening. They were very cooperative and attentive. I asked for things throughout the evening and someone was always willing to help or knew just what to do to make the request seem like it was no big thing to ask - even knowing that it probably was!
We had a great time and felt we were in the best hands possible.  Please convey my thanks to Melissa (cool as a cucumber, very organized and knowlegeable, a great "can-do attitude" and a delight!) and her staff.  They made the evening a tremendous success!!
 
You have a great company - if you need to use me as a reference, feel free to do so. We are in the restaurant business so I know that these things take a great amount of time, energy, coordination and effort - you all were superb! Many thanks!

Words cannot begin to express my gratitude for everything you did to make my daughters reception wonderful. The food was delicious. Your staff was so sweet and thoughtful they dished up plates of food for me and put them in the kitchen so I could eat when I could. The buffet table was way beyond my expectations. It was fabulous! Everyone couldn't get over how great the food was and how beautiful it looked. Roxanne, you not only do a fantastic catering job but you are such a kind and loving person to work with.
